			<description>Well, the closest to Ikebukuro would be the one in Shinjuku. There are about 4 reseller shop in Tokyo (that I know of): Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya and in Ueno. I can't really recommend any of the 4, because I always go check all 4, write down interesting tickets and then decide which ones to take according to price and seat location.&lt;br /&gt;
But I'll write a guide in my other blog about travelling to Japan about how to find them. They are all not too difficult to find.</description>
